Order Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In the original packaging, with tags and accessories intact
The following items cannot be returned:
Products sold under "final sale"
Perishable goods, personal care items, or customized orders
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of delays beyond this period, please contact our support team.
Damaged or Wrong Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for pickup or replacement based on eligibility.
